Michelle Warrick Staley has over 30 years of experience in early intervention,
specializing in supporting socioeconomically disadvantaged children and families. With
a master’s degree in education specializing in Early Childhood Special Education, she
has dedicated her career to delivering culturally responsive, high-quality services.
Since 1991, Michelle has worked to enhance services for children with developmental
delays and disabilities and their families, advocating for equitable access to education
and resources. Her ability in training, leadership, and program development has shaped
early intervention programs across New Mexico. She has collaborated with national
experts, developed customized training initiatives, and coached professionals to
achieve meaningful outcomes for both agencies and the families they serve.
