Chermaine Carter

Born in Albuquerque, and raised in the South Valley, Charmaine is a proud mother, wife, sister, daughter and passionate community member. She's been serving in law enforcement for the last 17 years. Charmaine has a strong background in law enforcement training/teaching/mentoring, policy research and development. She is also a hobbyist wood and metal worker. The richest part for her about being a law enforcement officer was working with members of the community to restore peace, problem solve and work together toward longer lasting solutions for good quality of life and living.
