Programs Overview

Our Programs

We currently provide services at several locations.  All of our services are free to the public.
 
High School
Gordon Bernell is an Albuquerque Public Schools (APS) charter high school.  Students under the age of 22 develop an Individualized Learning Plan (ILP) to earn all of the credits and demonstrate competencies to earn a Diploma of Excellence.  Services are available inside MDC and at our North4th campus located at 2821 4th Street.  Orientation is held weekly and schedules can be flexible.  For more information, register online or call 505-916-8618.
 
Adult Education
Gordon Bernell is an Adult Basic Ed provider.  Students 22 years and older can work towards the Hi-Set, GED, or NEDP, a new adult diploma program.  Services are available inside MDC, during the day at Workforce Connections of Central New Mexico (WCCNM), and during the evening at our North4th campus and Polk Middle School. Career Development
Gordon Bernell is developing a Career Development Center.  Students can participate in career exploration or begin study in a career pathway.  More information will be available soon.
